Club Corner Project Earth by Don Mlakar

Project Earth will be busy throughout the spring. On Friday, April 26, the club will be working with 7th grade students in honor of Arbor Day. The club will be giving students donated trees to promote the holiday. Project Earth will be teaching students about the daily activities in which could help the environment. In addition, Project Earth will be gearing up for the annual Bike-to-School program. The program will kick off on May 6th. The program is going to run for three weeks and will once again have the grand prize of the Cedar Point Season Pass. Before the biking begins, students can get their bike check-ups at the Bike to School Fair on May 1st. The club hopes to have a greater number of bikers this year, and to see the selected neon-yellow t-shirts at the Bike-to-School assembly.
