The homecoming dance will be held on Saturday, September 22nd at Bay High School for all students to attend and enjoy.

The festivities begin with spirit days throughout the week, the themes being America Monday, Tropical Tuesday, Where Are We Wednesday (camo), Light the Night Thursday (purple and green), and Bay Spirit Friday, which all are encouraged to participate in.

On top of these themes, voting for homecoming king and queen will take place on Tuesday. The nominees running for homecoming king are Garrett Butler, Charlie Gibbons, and Anthony Stiegelmeyer, and contenders for the title of homecoming queen are Katherine Baeppler, Christina Randazzo, and Annie Spies. After votes are cast, the Light the Night Walk in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society will be occurring on Thursday at 7:30pm, and luminaries can be purchased for five dollars (or five for twenty dollars) during lunch periods.

Christina Randazzo, a candidate for homecoming queen and active member of Bay High music and theater programs, will be attending both the walk and the dance, and “can’t wait to see everybody there.”
